DAY CAMP

SUMMER 2024

Summer 2024 day camp registration IS OPEN!
We will have flexible pricing options for our families to be able to pick what is best for them. Through our 21st Century Grant, qualified youth will attend for free. This program covers much of our summer experience but does not fully cover the program we will provide. Additional donations, to the General Operations Fund, are always appreciated. Tiered price options for those families that are not a part of our 21st Century Program will be available.

Camper Promise

I am excited to participate in Day Camp at Dylan Jude Harrell Community Center. I understand I may not possess or use tobacco, marijuana, alcohol, or non-prescription drugs while at camp. I will do my best to follow instructions, be kind, and keep myself and others safe. I will do my best to make this a good experience for my fellow campers and myself. I understand that failure to live up to this promise might result in my dismissal from camp without a refund.

Contacting Parents

Phone contact with parents/guardians is established in an emergency by the Director of Youth Programs or Executive Director. Each person's health form contains contact information, as well as designates alternate contacts if the parents/guardians cannot be reached. Since the program has no way of determining what each person considers an emergency, the general camp practice is to contact parents when there is concern about a person's health and/or when a situation is not progressing as expected.

Camp may also text a parent/guardian in the case of needing to share emergency or pertinent information with them. All communication is documented within the individual’s account.
