Dylan Jude Harrell was a sweet and sassy four-year-old when she was diagnosed with diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma (DIPG) on August 8th, 2018.  DIPG is a rare, incurable brain cancer that affects 200-400 children a year, typically between the ages of four to eleven.  Dylan bravely battled DIPG without complaint for 20 months and passed away on April 9th, 2020.

Dylan loved fashion, music, and her family and friends.  She loved to swim and had been looking forward to playing soccer and starting ballet.

It is our hope that Dylan’s brave, fighting spirit will live on in this community, and that the Dylan Jude Harrell Community Center can be a place where people young and old come together to make memories, find community, and have fun!
